By accessing our website and purchasing our new, used, and pre-owned products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
WEBSITE USE
Use of this website implies acceptance of our policies, purchase conditions, and technical support terms. INNCORPORA GROUP SAC may update this information at any time, so these terms are not fixed.
WEB PURCHASE CONFIRMATION
All purchases made through the website require mandatory communication with our official WhatsApp channel at 933 700 910.
The customer must send a message with the following information:

Full name or company name.

National Identity Document (DNI) or Taxpayer Identification Number (RUC).

Proof of payment (transfer or digital receipt issuance).

Comment indicating that payment for the equipment or accessory was made.
Once we receive the message, our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the transaction and coordinate the delivery or shipping process if you previously cancelled.
PURCHASES AND CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE
The customer accepts the Terms and Conditions by:
-Approve a quote
-Confirm a purchase order
-Make a full or partial payment
-Sign a document or contract
-All purchases are subject to availability and payment confirmation
SHIPPING AND COORDINATION WITH CARRIER
Para envíos a provincias o departamentos fuera de Lima, la entrega se realizará mediante coordinación directa con la empresa de transporte Shalom (RUC 20100070970), u otra .
El cliente y nosotros debemos acordar previamente:

El costo de envío y descarga de la máquina.

La hora y fecha de entrega.
-
Los datos del comprador (nombre completo, DNI o RUC).
-
Los costos y coordinación del uso de grúa, en caso de ser necesario para el levantamiento o descarga del equipo.
Clientes en Lima:
Los clientes ubicados en Lima deberán coordinar directamente con nosotros los costos, hora y disponibilidad de grúa para realizar el levantamiento o descarga del equipo en el punto de entrega acordado.
Clientes en provincia:
Para los clientes en provincia, la coordinación de grúa y costos adicionales también deberá realizarse junto con la empresa Shalom (RUC 20100070970) u otra que el cliente proporcione, con el fin de garantizar un traslado y descarga seguros del equipo.
El cliente es responsable de proporcionar información verídica y completa para garantizar una correcta entrega.
El cliente es responsable de traer su grua o bien SHALOM u otra externa, eso es a decición de el, NO SOMOS RESPONSABLES DE LA GRUA.
Una vez comprado el producto, NO HAY DEVOLUCIONES NI CAMBIOS UNA VEZ ENTREGADO EL PRODUCTO, salvo defecto verificado y detectado.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
In-person purchases at Av. Argentina 449 – Cercado de Lima allow the customer to:

Test the operation of the equipment or machine in the presence of a specialized technician or master, upon request.

Choose between different payment methods:
-
Cash payment or fixed price.
-
Payment in installments or initial payment, option available only for purchases in physical store.
-
(This promotion does not apply to online store purchases).
WARRANTY
We offer a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects, unless the quote indicates a different period.
The warranty includes:
-Technical diagnosis
-Evaluation report
-Repair or replacement of defective parts
The warranty does not cover transportation costs, cranes, forklifts, auxiliary power, or personnel travel expenses.
When purchasing a product, the warranty varies depending on what the customer is paying for next.
-Used machinery: 3 months
-Semi-new machinery: 6 months
-New machinery: 12 months
WARRANTY AND TRANSFER CONDITIONS
For warranty service, the customer must send the equipment to our facilities:
Av. Argentina 449, Int. 1 and 2, Cercado de Lima – Peru
Conditions:
Shipping with prepaid postage (freight collect is not accepted).
The customer covers the round-trip shipping costs.
INCORPORA GROUP SAC is not responsible for damages caused by carriers.
For large equipment, a technician can visit the customer's premises, with travel and transportation costs to be borne by the customer.
CANCELLATION OF WARRANTY
The warranty is void if:
The equipment was handled by unauthorized personnel.
The failure is not reported within 24 business hours.
There is misuse, incorrect installation, or lack of maintenance.
There are outstanding debts with the company.
There is damage caused by overload, short circuits, or poor electrical installation.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
It does not cover:
Natural wear and tear
Aggressive environments (humidity, salt air, dust, corrosion)
Bumps or accidents
Damage to third parties
Force majeure or unforeseen events
START-UP AND TRAINING
Includes:
Basic installation
Calibration
Customer staff training
It does not include: civil works, electrical adaptations, physical grounding, or additional structures.
FOR SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES #2
By default, delivery is made to:

For EXW (ex-works) sales, the customer assumes:
Transport
Sure
Risks from the warehouse exit
9. Returns and exchanges
No returns or exchanges are accepted once the product has been delivered, except in the case of a proven defect.
LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD
INCORPORA GROUP SAC is not responsible for:
Deficient electrical installations
Lack of maintenance
Damage resulting from improper use
Loss of production or lost profits
CONFIDENTIALITY
All technical, commercial, or strategic information shared between the company and the client will be treated confidentially. If the client does not wish for their information to be shared, they have the right to file a complaint through the Contact Us page.
ENTREGAS INTERNACIONALES
In international transactions, current Incoterms apply.
Taxes, insurance, nationalization and procedures are assumed by the client, unless otherwise agreed.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Customer information will be processed in accordance with Law No. 29733.
By using our services, the customer authorizes the use of their data for commercial, operational and after-sales support.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The manuals, catalogs, trademarks, texts, images and technical documentation are the property of INCORPORA GROUP SAC and may not be reproduced without authorization.
FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be responsible for delays resulting from natural disasters, pandemics, power outages, strikes, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.
JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Peru.
Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Cercado de Lima.

In order to optimize the marketing of our products and preserve their exclusivity, we ask our clients to register at inncorpora.com.
